HDW Children’s Weekend fills Suvilahti with activities and workshops from 10 to 11 September. In the final part of HDW Makers video series we meet the makers who teach kids courage and diversity.
During Helsinki Design Week’s Children’s Weekend, in the former boiler hall (Kattilahalli) in Suvilahti, children can peek into Jenni Erkintalo and Reka Kiraly’s book ‘House Behind the Corner’ that creates a framework of spatial design. There are plenty of workshops and chores in sight for little designers.
In the final part of HDW Makers video series we meet the illustrator-graphic-designer-author duo of Etana Editions and the event’s producer Reetta Turtiainen from Helsinki Design Week.

N.B.! For safety reasons and to avoid blocking the walking lanes, buggies and prams cannot be brought inside the Kattilahalli building.
