Home Revisited – Asko Foundation’s Anniversary Competition Launch Seminar (G18, Yrjönkatu 18, at 3pm)  Asko Foundation launches for its 50th anniversary year the new Home Revisited design competition that strives to make us understand what future homes will be like.

Furniture and glass from Aino and Alvar (Artek 2nd Cycle, Pieni Roobertinkatu 4-6 klo 18-20). Based on Artek’s anniversary poster from 1975 designed by Ben af Schultén, Artek 2nd Cycle exhibits 14 iconic pieces of furniture by Alvar Aalto from the 1930s to the 1950s.

Project Idea Jam  (Marian sairaala, Lapinlahdenkatu 16, 1pm to 4pm) If you have an idea about how to combine the creative sector with economic sectors of growth and structural change, this is a project jam for you!

Stitch for a painting – graphic interior decoration workshop: In the workshop you can make a graphic interior decoration for your own wall. The making method will combine both timeless traditions as well as new trends. The workshop is open during the opening hours of the shop.
