Lighting professionals come together in January at VALO/ON 2019

Organized for the first time in 2017, a new type of event for lighting professionals will return in January. VALO/ON 2019 is to bring together lighting professionals from 29 companies that provide lighting solutions to public premises. The participants will present their most interesting and topical novelties and services at Event Centre Telakka in Helsinki. The visitors get to learn about lighting solutions from the point of view of architecture, lighting technology as well as electrical engineering.

VALO/ON 2017 attracted more than 1000 lighting professionals during two days. The visitors included professionals from various fields, including architects, interior designers, electrical engineers and lighting designers, contractors as well as representatives of municipal administration and the wholesale market. Valo/on 2019 will provide an impressive programme of topical international keynotes and views regarding lighting challenges from a multidisciplinary perspective. A relaxed evening occasion allows old and new contacts to become acquainted in an inspiring atmosphere. The event is targeted at architects, interior architects, lighting designers, electrical designers and engineers, contractors and property owners.

Exhibition architect is Kari Lappalainen. Event partners include The Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) of Finland, electrical engineers’ association Sähkösuunnittelijat NSS ry, The Finnish Association of Interior Architects SIO and Jyväskylä Fair Ltd.
