Conundrum, a problem with no apparent solution – alternative ideas of environment from the point of view of architecture.

Changing consumer behaviour is one of the most challenging problems of our time, on which each and every one of us should take a stand. Our exhibition does not provide just one answer to the problem but offers several short statements questioning our aesthetic ideas and values; which furniture and materials do we cherish and which have lost their value in our eyes?

Work group: Joanna Amemori, Veera Forsman, Eevi Hautanen, Emilia Heikkinen, Otto Kaipio, Vieno Koskela, Elina Lantto, Fanni Laukkanen, Emilia Lonka, Rosa-Maria Majuri, Tiina Malinen, Maria Mielonen

Held at the palace at Erottaja 2, the Room with a View exhibition consists of about thirty rooms which each provide a different perspective on design work. The participants invited to exhibit represent various design fields, including clothing design, glass art, research, furniture design, graphic design and architecture.

Open from 11 am to 7 pm every day except Monday, 9 September.
