Habi Kids celebrates the culture of Helsinki!
The Habi Kids area explores the culture of Helsinki in the form of a game. Children and the young at heart have the opportunity to explore Helsinki through creative play as they roll dice and advance on the game board. The game is set in Helsinki and based on the well-known board game Monopoly. The player may forget their hat on Liisankatu, go to jail or even take a nap on Bulevardi. Anyone is welcome to just pop in and play the game for a while, or stay and play for a longer time.
Habi Kids welcomes the whole family to play the game and thus explore the culture of the capital of Finland. Graphic designer and illustrator Sanna Mander is responsible for the Habi Kids’ visuals, and the founder of the Skidit children’s festival, producer Aino Heikkinen, is responsible for the functionality of the area in cooperation with the Helsinki City Museum.
Habi Kids at Habitare 11 to 15 September
