The rough industrial area of Suvilahti will be filled with the latest design phenomena when the leading design organisations of over twenty countries bring to Helsinki new design concepts for a better daily life, through play, memories and stories. You can come and enjoy the exhibition with your children as a family.
The exhibition concept is designed and curated by Imu Design, the winning collective of the Young Designer of the Year Prize in 2010.
Everyday Discoveries is produced by Design Forum Finland and is a part of the official World Design Capital Helsinki 2012 programme – and one of the few events that are required to be held by the awarding organisation ICSID (International Council of Societies of Industrial Design).
