LUNCH TALKS: Service Design in the Projects of Spatial Design and Urban Planning

Service design is a fast-growing design industry, and a wide range of know-how is available around it. Service designers Mikko Koivisto, Paula Bello and Erno Forsström discuss service design from the customer’s point of view. The discussion is divided into three themes: 1) creating a service design brief, 2) selling service design as a method for your organization and 3) engaging citizens. The moderator is Heikki Rajasalo from FCG.

How to develop customer expertise? How can a new customer benefit from service design? How should a service design mandate and a call for tenders be built? How to activate and guide large numbers of residents in urban planning?
