The Design Market at the Cable Factory on 8-9 September 2012 is one of the most popular events of Helsinki Design Week, and fashionistas and design enthusiasts look forward to this event every year.
Both large and small design companies bring their extra stock to this sale, and bargain hunters find carpets, furniture, clothing, household design and more.
Last year, more than 15,000 people visited the event, and names such as Bruun Design, Globe Hope and Focus Fabrik brought design and fashion items to sell.
This year, the event will be larger than ever. Two large halls have been reserved in the Cable Factory, and the sellers will be organized into themed areas to allow buyers to find exactly what they want or to follow their own design interests.
