The Finnish National Museum’s active pop-up workshop brings a historical perspective to modern design. Throughout history, people have wanted to dress their best. Whatever has been in fashion has changed over the centuries, but the desire to look presentable has stayed the same.
In the workshop, you can get inspired by fashion from different eras, and design your own design outfit for a paperdoll using different materials. History is here!
The workshop is part of the HDW Children’s Weekend. See the whole Children’s Weekend programme here.
NB! For safety reasons and to avoid blocking the walking lanes, buggies and prams cannot be brought inside the Kattilahalli building.
